Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Shiva Enterprises, located at #189, Sector 8, Ambala City, HR, India, operating under the brand name Automo Soft (“the Service”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Automo Soft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Automo Soft provides a cloud-based dealer management system for independent car dealerships, including inventory management, lead tracking, deal processing, website building, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may be updated with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes other than providing the Service. You may export your data at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

8. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of the current billing period. You may export your data for up to 30 days after cancellation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shiva Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Ambala, Haryana.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
