How long does setup take?
Most dealers are up and running within a single day. The setup process involves importing your inventory, configuring your dealership settings such as tax rates and document templates, and optionally launching your dealer website. Our team provides hands-on onboarding support and can assist with data migration from your current tools, spreadsheets, or another DMS. There are no lengthy implementation cycles or mandatory training sessions.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, every new dealer gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start, and you can explore the entire platform including inventory management, lead tracking, deal processing, and the website builder during the trial period. If you decide Automo Soft is the right fit, you can upgrade to a paid plan at any time. If not, your trial simply expires with no charges.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Absolutely. Automo Soft supports CSV imports so you can upload your vehicle data directly into the system. Our team can also help migrate data from spreadsheets, other DMS platforms, or third-party tools you are currently using. Once your inventory is imported, it automatically syncs to your dealer website and any connected marketplace feeds. The goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible with no data loss.
Do I need to install anything?
No, Automo Soft is entirely cloud-based and requires no downloads or installations. You access it through your web browser on any device — desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. This means your team can work from anywhere with an internet connection, and the software is always up to date without manual patches or version upgrades.
Is my data secure?
Yes, security is built into every layer of Automo Soft. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest, perform regular automated backups, and follow strict access control policies. Your dealership data is stored on secure servers with monitoring and redundancy. We take data protection seriously and are committed to keeping your customer and business information safe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your Automo Soft subscription at any time directly from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of your current billing period, and you can export all of your data including inventory records, leads, deals, and documents before your account closes. We believe in earning your business month to month, not locking you into a contract.
